At Fit Code the safety of our community is priority #1 & it's important that we all work together to keep each other safe. Some things to keep in mind: we have instituted a series of protocols to help prevent the spread of germs and diseases such as COVID-19.  These protocols are a necessity to ensure that everyone maintains the highest level of health.

We also, firmly believe as many experts and doctors do, that physical wellness is essential to our long term mental, emotional, and physical health. The best offense is a strong defense.

Take Responsibility for YOU:
  • Please wear an appropriate face covering when in public and when entering the Fit Code facility - you have the option of removing it within your personal workout space
  • Stay home if you experience symptoms or have been exposed to someone who tested positive
  • If you have been in close contact with someone who is ill, shows signs and symptoms of, or has tested positive for COVID-19, please notify us immediately and remain home until you have completed the necessary steps to return to normal daily activities among the community
  • If you are otherwise healthy, please practice good personal hygiene
  • Clean/sanitize the equipment that you are using before and after class and the area that you are working out in
  • Wash your hands frequently
  • Maintain social distance guidelines
  • Sign up for class so we know how to prepare for you

As stated before we want to make sure that we are here for you in these times and we want to put your health and safety first. In order to remain open we must adhere to the above guidelines and we ask that you compromise as well with our mask mandate for when you workout.

We already have protocols that effectively keep things clean and you safe. We want to ensure that we are taking the safety of you and our staff, to the next level with the current members and staff

Specific Guidelines for Members to Follow:

In addition to normal protocols for conducting business at Fit Code, we want to be sure to adhere to the following as well:

  • Members will be asked to sign an additional COVID-19 specific waiver of participation upon return or upon joining Fit Code
  • Members are advised to keep a safe social distance of 6 feet and to keep face coverings on at all times unless they are in their designated SPOT (Single Point of Training)
  • Members are advised to use the hand sanitizer at the front desk upon entering
  • Once members are in their SPOT, they can remove their face coverings and prepare for their workout
  • Members should remain in their SPOT for the entirety of the workout
  • If a member needs to leave their SPOT to use the restroom or grab equipment, they should don their face covering while doing so and return to their SPOT
  • Members will be encouraged to bring their own mats or beach towels and resistance bands and Fit Code will provide all other equipment
  • Members will be encouraged to bring water bottles with them to their designated SPOT
  • Upon completion of the workout, each member will be responsible for cleaning/sanitizing their designated SPOT with the materials provided in a timely fashion
It really comes down to a few simple things:
  • Do your best to live the Ultimate Wellness Lifestyle in order to maintain great health
  • Practice good personal hygiene, taking care of yourself and your personal space
  • Show respect for the health and safety of those around you

Thank you so much for your patience and understanding as we make these necessary adjustments. We will continue to do all we can to provide an awesome experience for you while you are at Fit Code, while also maintaining the health and safety of you and those around you.
